COVID-19 Vaccine Information

  • The staff at Olde Towne Pharmacy are administering and have doses available of Moderna for age 3 years and above, and Pfizer for ages 5 and above.

  • We are following the guidelines of the CDC and the Va. Dept. of Health as we go through this process. To help us prepare, we have added a few links to our site.

  • The link below is to the vaccine pre-checklist and information sheet that will have to be printed off, filled out and brought to your vaccine appointment when we are able to schedule one for you.

  • Please also bring your Medicare, Medicaid, and drug insurance cards to your appointment when you have one scheduled.
